With December 2024 behind us, let's look into the product metrics and see how we did. It's time to dive in!
Currently, we are live with these eight products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoCode & NeetoInvoice.
Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for December 2024.
Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 1639 (↓ 42%)
Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 1167 (↑ 28%)
Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 112 (↑ 22%)
Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 651 (↓ 20%)
Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 4697 (↓ 8%)
Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 7017 (↓ 9%)
Number of projects created using NeetoCode: 1279 (↑ 1%)

For December, the total payment collected using NeetoCal and NeetoForm was around $81,695.04 USD (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown.

NeetoDesk now lets Agents set custom reply signatures that auto-apply to responses.
NeetoDesk's public APIs now support ticket numbers instead of identifiers.
The issue where replies from Gmail weren’t trimming previous messages is now fixed.
The issue of undelivered email receipts creating tickets is now fixed.
NeetoCal now lets you set different meeting prices for different durations.
NeetoCal lets you create a calendar event in multiple calendars when a client books a meeting.
NeetoCal now lets you choose the color for events created in your Google Calendar.
NeetoCal now supports adding separate tax amounts for payments.
NeetoChat's widget button now supports text-only options for a cleaner, minimalist look.
The issue where the email field was missing from the widget preview on the chat questions configuration screen has been fixed.
NeetoRecord now has the option to hide the control bar from recording on a Mac.
NeetoRecord now captures recordings in the highest resolution available on Mac.
NeetoRecord's Chrome extension is back.
NeetoRecord's camera-only mode on the desktop application now supports full-screen recording.
NeetoRecord now lets you edit your videos.
NeetoRecord's Pro users can now capture system audio while recording.
NeetoForm now lets you have multiple thank you pages.
The issue where the creation of a form from a template was prevented is now fixed.
The issue where the initial value of a calculated field reverted to zero after publishing a draft form is now fixed.
The issue of the Theme font not being updated on the build pages is now fixed.
NeetoCode now shows you the keyboard shortcuts that you can perform.
The overflow issue for terminal-based projects like Ruby and Python on Firefox is now fixed.
NeetoCode now lets you create files for your programming language projects.
